Duque Auto Glass

Came here because of the good reviews. The front lady was nice. Changing my windshield fast and efficient. My 1/5 star is because I had an appointment with their contractor who would calibrate my windshield and the contractor did not show up until over and hour later to get the job done, even though as I said, the shop coordinated with him in advance.

This shop is the best in Miami! They are extremely professional, friendly, affordable, and fast. They were able to install a windshield replacement and calibrate the sensors in less than two hours. I highly recommend Duque Auto Glass for all your auto glass needs. Give them a call and see how they compare to other shops in terms of professionalism and price. If I could give them 100 stars I would. They even installed my rearview mirror on the new glass. This family-owned business has been open for 45 years. They know what they’re doing. Trust them!! Thank you so much!

Quick professional service. Prices were very affordable compared to major brands, and they kept to their scheduled completion. A very good alternative and I will recommend them whenever I can.

Someone just broke down in my car this morning, they broke my passenger back side window and Duque was able to help me out same day and really fast, I got there at 1pm and in less than 30 mins they vacuumed all my car and installed a new window for $147 so cheap . I am really glad the Officer recommended this place for me 🙏

I’m giving this place 5 stars for many reasons but mainly because of the outstanding customer service. Those from Miami know that good customer service is hard to find here but this place is an exception for sure. First of all I called about 20 different glass places in the area and Duque had the best price out of all. He didn’t have my glass in shop but said if ordered by 2pm he’d be able to have it that same day if not, then the day after. Duque the owner is the one handling the phone calls and he was the one helping me once I got there. He was very courteous and easy going. Very nice guy indeed. He was super nice when over the phone and in person. He speaks both English and Spanish. My car was finished faster than I expected. And he took his time in making sure my window worked properly and that there weren’t any other issues. I was left a happy customer and blindly recommend him.
